Our MOQ for custom color is 500 units per color. For logo printing/engraving, the MOQ is 100 units. For custom mold development, MOQ starts at 5,000 units.

For existing products with custom logo: 7-15 days. For custom colors: 15-25 days. For custom mold/design: 30-45 days including sample confirmation.

We prefer vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format. High-resolution PNG (300dpi+) is also acceptable for printing.

Yes, we provide pre-production samples for approval. Sample lead time is 3-7 days. Sample fees are refundable upon order confirmation.
