Wendy leads merchandising at Moin, owning the full product lifecycle from concept sketch to mass-production handoff. Her grounding in industrial design lets her read a CAD file and a costed BOM with the same fluency, so commercial decisions never get made at the expense of form, fit, or function.
She specializes in stainless steel drinkware — vacuum insulation architecture, powder coat chemistry, lid sealing mechanisms, and the regulatory landscape around FDA, LFGB, and REACH compliance. That depth makes her the bridge between client vision and factory reality: she can tell a buyer whether a proposed custom lid will tool cleanly, whether a chosen Pantone will hold through cure, and where the real cost levers sit in a quote.
Kim runs operations at Moin Houseware, accountable for the 50,000 m² smart factory and the 300-person team that runs it. His mandate spans production planning, procurement, quality systems, and the capital roadmap that keeps the plant competitive.
His core discipline is lean manufacturing applied to drinkware — line balancing for vacuum welding and powder coat lines, SMED changeovers between SKUs, statistical process control on leak testing, and automation deployment where it removes variation rather than just labor. Under his leadership the factory has lifted daily output to 50,000 units while holding first-pass yield above industry norms and compressing lead times for mixed-SKU private label orders.
Shawn is the account manager international buyers work with directly — the single point of contact from first inquiry through sampling, PO execution, and repeat orders. Her role is part sales, part project management: holding the factory to timeline, holding the buyer to specs, and closing the gap between the two when priorities shift.
Fluent in English and Spanish, she has built and maintained client relationships across North America, Europe, and Latin America — spanning retail private label buyers, promotional distributors, and DTC brand operators. Her working knowledge of Incoterms, L/C flow, Amazon FBA labeling, and retailer compliance (UPC, hangtag, PDQ) means most issues get answered in one email instead of three. Customers consistently describe her as the reason a first order becomes a second one.
